Online payment by Credit Card (Uniteller)

Once you register on the conference website, you will receive an email confirmation of the registration. Then you can attach your abstract to your profile. After that please wait for organizing committee to approve your abstract for publication in the conference proceedings. Only then you will have to pay the registration fee and other options (Marine trip "On board" & Cocktail Party, final party) by credit card.

In order to pay the registration fees and other options, go to the Profile Editing page .

Check the accuracy of selected options and registration fees; more information is provided here. The registration fee depends on the date of payment, visa requirement and the category of a participant. If you change the options, you have to save the profile by clicking Save. Accommodation can be paid only upon arrival. In order to make a payment, click the link Pay the registration fee and other options, which is below Other options. The page of payment confirmation provides the complete information about the payment. Check the selected items and carefully read the Terms and Conditions of Providing Paid Services. If you agree with them, select I agree with the Terms and Conditions and click Pay. Then you will be redirected to the Uniteller website. Our website is linked to the Internet acquiring service and you can make payment by Visa or Mastercard. After confirmation of your order, you will be redirected to the protected page of the Uniteller processing center, where you have to input your credit card information. The ID Secure protocol is used for additional authentication of the cardholder: if your bank supports this protocol, you will be redirected to its server for additional confirmation of the transaction. Contact your card-issuing bank for the information on the rules and methods of additional identification.


Payment security

Payments by credit cards are carried through the Uniteller information processing system. Uniteller service provider protects and processes the data of your credit card according to the PCI DSS 2.0 security standard. Information is transferred to the Uniteller payment gateway through the SSL encryption technology. Further information transfer is conducted via closed banking networks with the highest level of reliability. Uniteller does not transfer your card information to anybody, including FEFU. 3D Secure protocol is used for additional authentication of the cardholder. Read more on the Uniteller website. Return of missent payment

Misent payment is a payment, made by a customer by mistake. In order to return the missent payment, you have to fill out and send us a Returns Claim (download a doc. file). The funds will be returned only to the card used for payment. Please write you card number when you fill out the Claim. The funds will be returned within 1-2 business days on receipt of the properly filled out Returns Claim. The final date of transfer depends on the internal regulations of payment service providers and banks and the transfer can take up to 30 business days.
